• Creator information: TikTok handle and Stripe Connect account details.
• TikTok video data: Public video metrics including view counts, like counts, share counts, and video descriptions, retrieved via the TikTok Research API.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Usage data: How you interact with our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the ViewPay platform and process payments.
• To verify that creator content promotes brand campaigns using AI analysis.
• To calculate and process creator payouts based on video view counts.
• To communicate with you about your account and campaigns.
• To improve our platform and AI verification accuracy.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. TikTok Data

ViewPay accesses public TikTok video data through the TikTok Research API. This includes video metrics and descriptions for videos that creators submit to our platform. We only access data for videos explicitly submitted by creators. We do not access private TikTok account data.

4. AI Analysis

Submitted video thumbnails and descriptions are analyzed by our AI system (powered by OpenAI) to verify brand promotion. This data is processed in accordance with OpenAI's privacy policy and data handling practices.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing and creator payouts.
• Supabase: For secure database storage.
• OpenAI: For AI content verification.
• TikTok: To retrieve public video metrics via their Research API.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Video submission data and payout records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
