Welcome to ViewPay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About ViewPay

ViewPay is a performance-based creator marketplace that connects brands with TikTok creators. Brands fund campaigns, creators post content promoting those brands, and our AI verifies the content and tracks views to automatically calculate creator payouts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ViewPay. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Brand Accounts

• Brands must provide accurate business information when creating an account.
• Campaign budgets are deposited upfront via Stripe and are non-refundable once a campaign is active.
• Brands are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with applicable advertising laws and TikTok's community guidelines.
• ViewPay charges a 5% platform fee on all campaign deposits.

4. Creator Accounts

• Creators must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts.
• Creators are responsible for ensuring their content is authentic and genuinely promotes the brand.
• Submitting fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant content may result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
• Payouts are calculated daily based on verified view counts and the campaign's rate per 1,000 views.

5. AI Content Verification

ViewPay uses AI to verify that submitted videos promote the relevant brand. Our AI analyzes video thumbnails and descriptions. Decisions made by our AI may be reviewed manually. ViewPay reserves the right to reject content that does not meet campaign requirements.

6. Payments and Payouts

All payments are processed through Stripe. ViewPay is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your financial institution. Minimum payout threshold is $10. Earnings are calculated based on verified view counts pulled from the platform on which the video was posted (TikTok, YouTube, or other supported platforms). ViewPay reserves the right to audit view counts and withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Artificially inflating view counts through bots or other means.
• Submitting videos that do not genuinely promote the brand.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits.
• Using ViewPay for any illegal purpose.

8. Termination

ViewPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms. Unpaid earnings may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ViewPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific earnings for creators.

10. Limitation of Liability

ViewPay's liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ViewPay after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
